On the surface, Tepilo looks like a very strong online estate agent. They are competitively priced and backed by a well-known TV personality.
However, our Tepilo review found that when you dive a little deeper, not everything is quite as good as you might hope.
For one thing, the cheapest package doesn’t include photography and a floorplan. As you’ll probably need them, you’ll need the next package up which is then more expensive than most other online agents.
Plus, when you look at their customer ratings on independent review sites, the number of people rating then as ‘Great’ or ‘Excellent’ is slightly lower than some of their main competitors.
All in all, Tepilo aren’t a bad estate agent, far from it. They are a pretty strong contender in most areas, however, there’s definitely a few caveats to be aware of before you rush in.
