How Much Does Cost? offer two options to sellers. You can either pay £575 upfront or £1,999 on completion. Both prices are including VAT and you’ll also find they regularly offer discounts on their upfront package.

Whichever option you go for, you’ll get the following as standard:

  • Professional photography
  • Floorplans
  • Listings on Rightmove, Zoopla, and more
  • Dedicated local expert
  • Regular reporting
  • Buyer management
  • Sales progression
  • Offer negotiations

If you go with the ‘pay on completion’ package, your property will be marketed for up to 6 months. However, the pay upfront option gives you 12 months of marketing. That’s one of the main differences between the package other than the price and when you pay.

One really nice feature that sets apart from most other estate agents is their virtual walkthrough feature. This creates a photographic map of your property which allows people to wander around your home ‘virtually’.

It’s always nice to see an estate agent embracing technological improvements. Reviews Add-Ons:

As part of our review, we attempted to find details of the add-ons and upgrades they offer. While they are not easy to find on the website, they are shown to you after you register.

This is how they looked at the time of writing this review:

  • All Three Of The Above (199)
  • Completion Management (£249)
  • Virtual walkthrough Package (£199)
  • Energy Performance Certificate (£90)

You may have noticed one key add-on missing from the list above – hosted viewings. We understand that these are available but you’ll need to contact the team to discuss the pricing options available.

This lack of transparency of their add ons and pricing is a minor negative amongst plenty of positives.

How Selling With Works:

The sales process with is very similar to the process you would go through if using a traditional high street estate agent.

First, you book a free valuation. A local property expert will then visit your home to value it and explain the process and options open to you.

If you decide to go ahead, the local expert will take professional photographs and a floorplan and then create a property listing that will be published on portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.

Once your property is on the market, any viewing requests will be communicated to you via a call from the buyer management team to arrange a suitable time.

You’ll generally need to conduct your own viewings, but, there are also options available (at an additional cost)  if you prefer not to do this.

Once you get an offer on your property, work like a normal estate agent, negotiating the offer and handling the sales progression through to completion. Reviews From Customers:

So, Is Any Good?

Our review has found that this online estate agent may not be the most well-known, but they have a great track record at delivering an exceptional service at a competitive price.

A quick look at their reviews from past customers shows that they rarely under-deliver with most customers being more than happy with the service they received.

The fact that they include all of the key things you need to sell your home and back that up with a good sales progression team means that you really are getting a high street service at an online price.

They may still be relatively unknown but, based on their growing reputation, we don’t think that will stay the same for long. TV Advert:

Negatives Of

Our review has struggled to find too many negatives for this online estate agent which backs up the many positive customer reviews they appear to have.

The main thing to mention is that their standard upfront price is slightly higher than some of the other online agents out there, although they do regularly discount the price significantly so it’s not a major problem.

Also, don’t freely publish which extras they offer and how much they charge. That means you don’t know how much an EPC might cost you, what kind of listing upgrades are available, or how much hosted viewings will set you back until you’ve signed up.

The only other thing we would mention is that, while they have excellent feedback from their customers on independent review sites, they also have significantly fewer reviews than some of their competitors. It will be interesting to see whether the company can maintain their high standards as they become a much larger organisation. Review – Summary:

When you consider everything, our review has found that this is a surprisingly top-class online estate agent. It goes to show that it’s not always those who shout the loudest that offer the best product and service.

Sure, there are a couple of small negatives to such as the slightly higher price than some other agents (though their current offer makes them cheaper than many) and lack of transparency on the pricing of add-ons. But, these are more than outweighed by the many positives, not least the excellent reputation for sales progression through to completion.

Therefore, our advice is that you shouldn’t let the fact that is not yet a recognised household name put you off. They are an excellent online agent well on their way to becoming one of the best online estate agents out there.

In many ways they blend the service of a traditional high street agent with the pricing of an online agent better than anyone else out there. If you want an online agent that takes selling your home seriously, one that you can rely on even after you’ve accepted an offer, won’t let you down.
