We touched on it earlier but it’s worth mentioning again, the unlimited hosted viewings service is excellent value at £325. This is comparable to the cost of other online agents but most will only give you a fixed number of viewings. The fact you get as many as you need for 6 months takes a weight off the mind.
It’s also nice to see there is the option of a ‘For Sale’ board, though it would have been even better if this was included in the package as standard.
