Emoov are something of a brand reborn. Since the name was bought by the current owners, they’ve significantly changed the model of the agency.
They now only offer an innovative ‘split-fee’ option. This allows you to pay part upfront and part on completion.
However, Strike offer their service 100% for free with nothing to pay before, during, or after your property sale (unless you go for an optional upgrade).
That means that Strike have the edge, certainly on price, though their services are pretty much on par with each other.
Whichever agent you go with you won’t go too far wrong. Both offer a reliable service that will help you get the best price for your property.
