While looking for a Doorsteps voucher code, you may have noticed that this is an online estate agent that appears extremely cheap. In fact, the price of just £99 seems almost too good to be true.

When we conducted our Doorsteps review we found that while the £99 package will suit a few people, most people will need one of their more expensive packages.

For instance, with the £99 package you’ll be creating your property listing yourself. That means taking photographs, writing the description, and doing the floorplan (if required).

So, you’ll probably want either the £199 or the £599 pacakage. Still fairly cheap but not quite as good as the £99 headline price may have first seemed.

One of our main issues is that they frame the £99 package as ‘everything you need’ and ‘all in’ when that isn’t quite the case. Still, that shouldn’t detract too much from what is an extremely good value for money service.
