Yopa vs Tepilo – Who Wins?
While that’s true to a degree, you have to keep in mind that Tepilo’s basic package doesn’t give you things like professional photographs and floorplans which may make your property harder to sell.
To get such things included you’ll need their classic package which comes in at £895. This package is more in line with the one Yopa offer for £889 and so it’s actually Yopa which is the cheaper agent, like-for-like.
Yopa will be the better choice for most people although it will come down to your individual needs and wants.
If you simply want the cheapest possible price and don’t mind doing your own photos and floorplan, go for Tepilo.
Otherwise, Yopa is the better option, especially as they have the option to only pay on completion of the sale.
