Emoov vs Yopa – Who Wins?
Which online estate agent is better, Emoov or Yopa is not an easy question to answer. They are both quite similar in terms of what they offer, although Emoov do edge it slightly if your want the cheaper option and your property is worth less than £150,000.
However, Yopa offer a full ‘no sale, no fee’ service whereas Emoov offer a ‘part upfront, the rest on completion’ package.
