When deciding whether to go with Emoov or Purplebricks there are several key things that stand out that will help you make up your mind.

Purplebricks charges £999 on completion with no option to pay on completion.

Emoov offer a split fee (part upfront, part on completion) option that helps spread the risk and works out cheaper than Purplebricks if the property is sold for less than £150,000. Plus, Emoov don’t have some of the negative press that Purplebricks have received.

Emoov kind of off a pay later option providing you still pay the smaller upfront fee. Whereas Purplebricks force you into using their conveyancing service if you choose this option.

Perhaps the only elements where Purplebricks really come out on top is when you consider their brand name is much more recognisable and they do offer support for 24 hours a day.
