How Much Does Snippie Cost?

Snippie offers three packages to choose from. They have different price points and, therefore, come with different perks that you can enjoy. Let’s break them down and see which one is best for you.

The Snippie Basic is a free account that you can create on the website. It allows you to store property information and tenant details, create tenancy agreements, and use alerts to track compliance.

Of course, if your needs exceed this most basic of packages, you can opt for one of the other two. But you will have to pay a fee for both of them.

The Find a Tenant Package costs £49 per month (VAT included) and comes with listings on Zoopla, Rightmove, and Prime Location. It will also allow you to find your first tenant for free, get free tenancy renewal, and create tenancy agreements. Plus an entire set of other perks that you can check out on the Snippie.co.uk website.

The Property Management Package costs £37 per month (VAT included) and offers a substantial list of features and benefits.

The first month is free, you won’t have to pay any fees until you collect the rent, you can enjoy repair reporting and property maintenance nationwide, plus periodic inspections and legal support should you ever need it.

Advertising With Snippie For Free

One of the most important things that caught our eye while conducting the Snippie review is that it allows you to advertise your property for free on sites such as Zoopla and Rightmove.

While the normal price of this service would be £49, Snippie.co.uk allows you to list your first property for free right on the website. The tenancy agreement is included, which makes the whole experience even easier and more pleasant on the whole.

Not just that, but the dashboard is very user-friendly, allowing you to communicate with your tenants instantly through the messenger app included right on the page.

If you opt for this service, you will also get a dedicated account manager as well as check-ins, inventory, and nationwide referencing. Although the latter options are not mandatory.

How Letting With Snippie Works:

According to Snippie, they have worked hard in creating a service that takes the hassle out of the classic process of letting a property. So here’s how their method works.

Create an account with Snippie by choosing the package you consider to be the most appropriate. You have full control over what pictures you want to upload, the rent you want to charge, and the move-in date. The first listing with Snippie is always free.

Snippie.co.uk will start to advertise your property on websites such as Zoopla and Rightmove for the basic price of £49 where millions of tenants will see it.

When enquiries start to arrive, you will be notified via email. If you wish to answer any of them or talk to potential renters to schedule meetings, you can use the messenger app that Snippie provides for you. This makes communications incredibly easy and fast.

Snippie will also conduct a background check on your applicants when they have made an offer so you can be sure you are letting your property to the right person.

If you wish to conduct the entire process online, you can, because Snippie.co.uk allows you to sign the agreements using digital signatures, making sure you don’t waste any of your precious time.

So, Is Snippie Any Good?

Conducting this Snippie review has led us to the conclusion that the platform is trustworthy, and that it really does aim to reduce that hassle of managing and letting a property as a landlord.

Opting for one of the paying packages every month will allow you to find tenants very easily since you will be advertising on major websites such as Zoopla and Rightmove.

Not only that, but Snippie continues to help you as a landlord even after you have found your tenants. The platform has a friendly dashboard as well as a fast messenger which are easy to use when you want to communicate with them.

This saves time and energy, as opposed to handling things via email or in person.

Negatives Of Snippie:

The website doesn’t have that many cons to begin with. However, seeing as this is an objective and exhaustive Snippie review, we could say the following…

The only user reviews that are to be found online come from the official website itself. They do not have any reviews on sites such as TrustPilot or Review Centre. This might be a little off putting in case you want to know how other landlords have fared with Snippie.

Apart from that, their basic package, that you can get for free, doesn’t allow you to advertise your property on Zoopla and Rightmove.

That being said, after your create the account and add your listing, if you want it to be seen by potential renters, you will have to pay an additional £49 for advertising (though your first listing is free). This is a good thing to keep in mind when signing on.

A Short History Of Snippie:

As an online property letting and management system, Snippie is a young and modern company that was created in 2018 by owner and CEO James Parsons. He is also the owner of Office Flex and Parsons Green Media, where he is still working alongside Snippie.

Located in London, Snippie.co.uk is a member of the CMP (Client Money Protect), the DPS (Deposit Protection Service), and the PRS (Property Redress Scheme).

Snippie Review – Summary:

As a conclusion, after finishing the Snippie review, it has become obvious to us that while Snippie is not yet the upmost choice, it’s still a very young platform has a lot of things to offer.

From a basic account to a highly detailed one that even offers legal advice, Snippie has three packages that are able to satisfy everyone, at every price point.

They are keen to make the process of owning and letting a property as easy as possible, which is why their platform is so user-friendly, modern, accessible, and fast. Nothing can beat that.

Apart from that, they allow you to try their advertising services for free, which will give you the opportunity to test this young company and see exactly what they are capable of. And, in our opinion, Snippie has the potential to go far, even if they still need a little more time to find their way!
