Housesimple Vs Purplebricks – Who Wins?
You see, the Purplebricks price is an upfront fee, so you’ll pay it before your house goes on the market and you get nothing back if you don’t find a buyer.
Whereas Housesimple only offer their services on a ‘no sale, no fee’ basis. That means you may pay a little more, but you get the security of knowing you only pay if you sell your home.
There’s another downside to Purplebricks too. If you choose their ‘buy now, pay later’ option you’ll have to use their conveyancing team as part of the deal.
Other than that, there isn’t a huge amount to choose between the two. Overall though, we prefer Housesimple as they appear to have a much better sales progression team and don’t have as many negative reviews online as Purplebricks.
Don’t be swayed too much by the mega-money advertising campaigns Purplebricks have embarked on, they might be the best known but that doesn’t make them the best online estate agent.
